South Tyrolean cuisine: natural, authentic, sustainable
Hearty and exquisite. Natural and delicious. Satiating and stimulating. Our contrasting South Tyrolean cuisine is marked by regionality and the four seasons. As at the entire Pacherhof, we also practice mindful sustainability and genuine climate protection in the kitchen.
Sustainable enjoyment of nature
Many ingredients used in the excellent Pacherhof cuisine come from our garden, where we grow our own fruit, vegetables, and herbs. It goes without saying that our own grapes and wines are also used in our authentic, South Tyrolean cuisine. Sustainable cuisine requires that we mainly use ingredients from the immediate surroundings and according to the season – you won’t find tropical pineapples here in winter. The surrounding nature, on the other hand, provides us with an abundance of precious products all year round, and we process them into the finest delicacies in our natural cuisine.
Twice as good: half board at Pacherhof

Design your holiday near Brixen as an all-round fulfilling and freeing experience – we provide you with the perfect setting: Start your day at our colourful, package-free, and seasonal breakfast buffet and end it in style with a fine glass of wine after a vital dinner menu, where traditional South Tyrolean cuisine merges with modern culinary delights.
Wine and dine at the Pacherhof
For those who, like us, value a mindful approach to food, our Pacherhof restaurant is the place to be. Four rustic, panelled parlours invite you to an authentic experience of contemporary South Tyrolean cuisine. By the way, one of these parlours is one of the oldest preserved parlours in Tyrol – a real original that creates a very special atmosphere. The Pacherhof restaurant with its selected South Tyrolean food is also very popular for celebrations and family gatherings. Feel free to contact us if you would like us to host your event, aperitif, or a celebration.
